Refund policy

If you're having an issue, we may be able to resolve it before returning the item. Please speak to support in the first instance.

You can return the item within 30 days for any reason.

If the item is faulty and/or not as described, we will refund you the full cost of the returned item, plus pay for return shipping.

If the item is returned for any other reason, we will refund you the cost of the item, after deducting a 10% restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned item.
